Congo Bars Again

aku ni mmg sweet tooth ye...i'm a kelantanese kan..haha..so...kek tu..mmg peberet aku lah..pastu tekak ni..slalu mengada2 nak makan kek tau...camno nak diet..kalo tak mkn nasik..tp telan kek..tak guna jugak..hakhak
tak kisahlaaa...makan je lah selagi boleh kan
hari tu dh pernah buat congo bars..tp tak bape jadi sgt..kali ni..terasa2 nak makan lagi..ble tgk kak yani kitchen guardian post kt IG..tgk bahan..sume ade..so..boleh la buat..n seperti biasa...tak ramai kt umah ni..jadi..aku akan memandai2 bahagikan bahan tu..ikut sukati aku..

CONGO BARS

Ingredients,
2 3/4 cup all purpose flour-(315g)
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup butter, softened-(150g)
1 lb. light brown sugar(453g) - (k.nor letak 220gm)
3 eggs ~ (k.nor guna telur A)
1 teaspoon vanilla
11.5 ounce package milk chocolate chips(326g) - (k.nor guna choc chips)
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Set aside.
Stir brown sugar into softened (not melted) butter in another large bowl until butter disappears. You can use the back of your spoon to help incorporate the two together.
Add eggs one at a time to butter mixture and stir well after each egg.
Add vanilla, chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well.
Add dry flour mixture and stir until well combined.
Coat a 13 X 9 -(Ayu used 10x10)pan with non-stick spray and spread batter evenly into dish(Ayu used parchment paper).
Bake at 170 degree for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Make sure you don’t over bake.

1 1/2 sudu kecik baking powder
100 gm butter
120 gm brown sugar
2 biji telur

choc chips...tak sukat..main buh je..hehe..
almond..agak2 jugak

kaedah..guna kaedah di atas..kacau bahan basah + bahan kering..guna senduk je
aku bakar guna suhu 160C..masa 23 minit...
maybe lps masak..patut bia dlu dlm oven..sebab ade sket part kurang masak..dekat area coklat yg cair tuh



utk sukatan yang aku guna..aku guna dulang 6 x6...*aku rasalaa..sebab tak ukur..ngehngeh


sedap ni mkn masa panas2....
