balik semlm...kuarkan butter...gaul2 ngan brown sugar...then buh telur...buh vanilla esen..buh kcg pecan, almond, choc chip n white choc chip..buh gandum yg dah campur ngan baking powder..kacau gitu2 je ngan sudip..garam pun buh sket ye nk bg lemak..resepi asal suh buh 400+gm brown sugar..tp kak nor buh 220gm..aku buh 300gm..hehe..manis yer kwn2..jadi sila ikut resepi kak nor..br la tak manis sgt agaknya..then bakar 1/2 jam..sbb aku pakai loyang kecik je...maklumla oven comel je kan..ade belen.buh lam papercup..buat versi muffin
ok..ade sedikit kesilapan..masa aku perhatikan gambar dr kak nor..igtkan dia tabur almond cincang tu..kat bawah..so ble dh bakar..n terbalikkan kek..jadi la almond tu cam topping..rupanya salah ok..hehe..patut almond tabur atas..then masak...kuarkan elok2..bia yg atas tu..stay atas jugak..takyah nk terbalik kan kek pun..hehe..so kurang cantik..rasa tetap sama
oh yer..rasa kek nih..banyak rasa kacang la kan...dan lebih kepada rasa cam brownies la bg aku..jenis kek yg padat..bukan kek yg naik tinggi tu..mmg bukan ok..sila imagine sndiri..kira mkn ..tros kenyang..

CONGO BARS

Ingredients,
2 3/4 cup all purpose flour-(315g)
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup butter, softened-(150g)
1 lb. light brown sugar(453g) - (k.nor letak 220gm)
3 eggs ~ (k.nor guna telur A)
1 teaspoon vanilla
11.5 ounce package milk chocolate chips(326g) - (k.nor guna choc chips)
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Set aside.
Stir brown sugar into softened (not melted) butter in another large bowl until butter disappears. You can use the back of your spoon to help incorporate the two together.
Add eggs one at a time to butter mixture and stir well after each egg.
Add vanilla, chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well.
Add dry flour mixture and stir until well combined.
Coat a 13 X 9 -(Ayu used 10x10)pan with non-stick spray and spread batter evenly into dish(Ayu used parchment paper).
Bake at 170 degree for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Make sure you don’t over bake.
